Cajun Seasoned & Breaded Louisiana Alligator Tail. Fried until golden and served with a Spicy Remoulade and Slap ya Mama Blue cheese Dipping sauce.

Entrees:

Creole Mac and Cheese - $23

Penne Pasta tossed in a rich Creole Cream Sauce with Andouille Sausage, Jumbo Shrimp, Bell Pepper, Onion and topped with toasted bread crumbs.

Seafood Jambalaya - $28

Creole style stew made with Jumbo Shrimp, Bay Scallops and White Rice. Cooked together with a spicy Tomato based Seafood stock and Cajun Herbs, then topped with Colossal Crab meat. Served with a grilled Baguette and complimentary side salad.


Dessert:

Pumpkin Lava Cake - $9

A warm pumpkin flavored lava cake with cream cheese filling. Topped with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce. Absolutely delicious!
