Menu Note:
Any Vegetarians in your circle of friends? We have two HOT ROCK entrees that are on the HOT ROCK Menu that are awesome. Just today a friend of mine tried the Veggie Hot Rock for the first time and she said it was “Awesome” and she had fun cooking it. It is large slices of Portabella Mushrooms, yellow Squash, Red Onions, Red Bell Peppers, Cloves of Garlic, large slices of Parmigano Reggiano. Punch holes in the slices as you put them on the rock and drizzle with Balsamic Vinegar…wait till it heats and shrinks! WOW! Oh, and she wasn’t a vegetarian either!
