We will customize menus for your employees special needs. • Golf Outing for 150 including a full 2 entrée dinner buffet
• Surprise Birthday party at Riviera Day Spa for 50 with heavy hors D'Ouerves that included espresso rubbed tenderloin, bacon wrapped scallops, chicken divan, and much more!
• Rehearsal dinner for 45 at the Riviera. Included Ahi Tuna seared to order. Staff of 1 Chef & 2 Servers in gowns provided.
• Dinner for local bank's Board of Directors at a private home.
• Child's Birthday Party for 70 under tent at rear of Riviera
• Dinner at Group Doctor's Office for all Doctor's evening meeting.
• Numerous Business Lunch Trays, & Box Lunches
